Through February 28 2010, orders of $35 or more are shipped FREE.

Orders placed by 3pm PST will ship the same day (excluding holiday and weekends). If there is an unexpected delay, and it is not possible to get your order out on schedule, you will be notified by email. When your order has shipped we will also send you a confirmation via email.

Your order will be shipped via UPS. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number via email. If you require a different shipping method, please offer that information in the "extra information" box on the checkout screen. If the alternate shipping method exceeds the pre-determined charge for shipping, you will be contacted prior to shipment to resolve the difference. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.

Order Online
Ordering online is safe, simple and completely secure. Add the items you want to order to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You can change quantities, add or remove items at any time. The cart will guide you through the steps to complete your order.

Online Account
When you first enter your address details etc you will be given the opportunity to create an account. In this case your information will be stored on our secure server. The next time you visit, simply enter the user name and password you chose and your details will be retrieved. For your protection, your credit card information will never be saved, so you will need to enter that each time you order.

Cookies
To enhance your purchasing experience we use a feature called a "cookie". Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. They let us know that you are a previous customer, and allow us to retrieve customer information previously provided by you, and eliminate the need to re-enter this information every time you shop our site. Your browser must be set to "enable cookies" in order to make your purchase.

Privacy & Security
We protect your security and respect your privacy. Your personal information belongs to you and the information you provide is used only to enhance your shopping experience at our site - it will not be sold, shared or divulged to anyone.  We store your address details etc on our dedicated, secure server to protect it against unauthorized access. For additional protection we do not store credit card information. It will be necessary to re-enter your credit card information each time you place an order

Payment
Fresh Organics Inc. Online Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Carte Blanche and Diner Club. We also accept payments through Paypal. All these options will be presented to you on checkout.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged sales tax.

Age Requirements
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and Fresh Organics Inc. will not be held liable.

International Orders
For International orders we only accept credit cards where the shipping and billing addresses are the same, prepaid international money orders, prepaid bank drafts drawn on US bank accounts, or Western Union money order transfers. All International packages are shipped via UPS Global. Shipping costs include actual postage, plus a $6.00 Completion of Customs Forms fee.

Imperfect Merchandise
We value quality. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. If you wish to return product for any other reason then we do not charge a restocking fee but you will need to pay shipping charges for the return.  Please do not ship goods to us without receiving an authorization number or it could get lost. Please contact us first if you need to make a return.
